Position Description:

UNIT SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS

Post graduate diploma in Medical Laboratory
CSMLS (formerly CSLT) certificate
CMLTO registration
Minimum of 3 years current experience in all aspects of Histology
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills are essential
Practical Exam may be part of the interview process

RESPONSIBILITIES

Some duties and responsibilities include:

Embedding, cutting (microtomy), staining, specials, frozen section
Assisting in gross room
Ability to troubleshoot stains, tissue processor, etc.

Monday to Friday
