**Description: - Permanent Full Time- We are looking for a National Leader to work within our Wealth Inside Sales Team. This dynamic leadership team will allow you to connect with some of the most entrepreneurial, spirited, energetic people you'll ever meet in your life.- We're looking for top talent who will help support the sales team and who will play a key role in driving our wealth business moving forward.- As Associate Manager, Regional Sales Coordination, on our Wealth Inside Sales team, you will lead the Regional Sales Associates as they partner with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Representatives across Canada. This team supports advisors through calls, meetings, events and case preparation.


What you will do:


  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Regional Sales Associate team
  • Foster a culture of success through coaching, empowerment and forwardthinking
  • Provide an imperative, cross functional liaison to backoffice operations leaders and peers
  • Ensure appropriate onboarding, training and ongoing development of Regional Sales Associates
  • Assist with retention and identifying any necessary changes to motivate employees
  • Work closely with other leadership in wealth and distribution
  • Be the first point of contact for escalation

What you will bring:


  • 6+ years' experience in the Financial Services/Insurance industry
  • A strong understanding of the wealth business and marketplace
  • Has a solid sales and product background that lends easily to knowledge transfer to team through coaching, training and development conversations
  • Ability to drive a high performance culture
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
  • Committed to support the hiring, coaching, and developing of talent
  • Postsecondary education in a related field (i.e. business, marketing, psychology, university degree or diploma)

Salary Range:


  • Minimum: $68,700
  • Maximum: $114,500
  • The base salary for this position is between
    $minimum*:
  • $ maximum** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
