As a digital expert reporting to the Senior Manager - Wealth Management Digital Strategy, you'll be fully involved in change.

You'll provide direct guidance on digital strategies to various digital experts and internal partners. You'll help them define their needs and identify effective, innovative solutions to meet them.

Your main responsibilities

  • Oversee the digital information vision and experience for the field under your responsibility in order to meet users' needs
  • Be responsible for the product's scope, life cycle, and evolution, and for metrics knowledge Carry out diagnoses, make recommendations, and ensure they are properly implemented
  • Mobilize various experts in the planning of roadmaps under your responsibility, and carry out strategic projects
  • Analyze problems, ecosystem impacts and issues, ensure consistency, and influence decisions
  • Be an advisory expert on digital best practices for stakeholders and propose digital solutions that create value.

  • Ability to effectively and quickly prioritize activities that maximize business value for clients and the organization
  • Ability to summarize information and explain complex IT architecture concepts in simple terms to nonspecialists

Requirements:


  • Completed bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEM, and Adobe Target, an asset
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility
  • Indepth knowledge of UX, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of the banking industry, particularly the Wealth Management and Investment sectors, an asset
  • Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French), as you will deal with partners (clients, service providers, consultants) across Canada.
