EDUCATION

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

OR

Degree equivalency




EXPERIENCE


Experience in identifying and engaging partners or clients in the design and implementation of training initiatives
Experience partnering with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop learning products.

Experience in conducting research, analyzing information and data from various sources, developing options and making recommendations to clients, senior advisor or management on learning solutions.

  • Significant* experience working for IRCC functional guidance and/or operations.

  • Experience in participating in client learning needs analyses.
  • Significant: One of main duties during a one (1) year period.
