Job description
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day planning, execution, delivery and refining of the HDH Scheduled Rehabilitation Program at St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre.

Duties include:

Maintains Patients Calendars
Scheduling of Custom Sessions
Monitoring gym flow,metrics and equipment
Patient therapy check in/follow up concerns
Support staff
Ability to communicate in both official languages
Degree/diploma in an allied Health Field;
Previous supervisory experience;
Strong interpersonal and communication skill essential, both orally and written;
Supports and implements efficient and effective workflows;
3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting with geriatric and/or diverse populations
