Blossom by deploying your expertise within the team of Pascal Boucher, General Manager, of our Containerboard Packaging Division.

  • Please note that this position requires weekly travel to our Vaudreuil and Drummondville plants*
    Your responsabilities:
  • Take charge of the continuous improvement program and quality control activities;
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the quality system and certain certifications, including BRCGS;
  • Ensure the management of nonconformities and the implementation of corrective actions;
  • Act as technical expert for quality standards and act as resource person for audits;
  • Supervise major unit tests;
  • Contribute to the resolution of technical problems;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in units

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in continuous improvement and quality in a manufacturing environment;
  • Lean certification is an asset;
  • Knowledge of BRCGS standards, an asset;
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Demonstrate leadership, be a facilitator and an excellent communicator;
  • Structured, organized and a team player.
  • Fluency in French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the Englishspeaking provinces and the United States.
