Please note that this position requires weekly travel to our Vaudreuil and Drummondville plants*
Your responsabilities:
Take charge of the continuous improvement program and quality control activities;
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the quality system and certain certifications, including BRCGS;
Ensure the management of nonconformities and the implementation of corrective actions;
Act as technical expert for quality standards and act as resource person for audits;
Supervise major unit tests;
Contribute to the resolution of technical problems;
Support continuous improvement initiatives in units

1 to 3 years' experience in continuous improvement and quality in a manufacturing environment;
Lean certification is an asset;
Knowledge of BRCGS standards, an asset;
Good analytical and problemsolving skills;
Demonstrate leadership, be a facilitator and an excellent communicator;
Structured, organized and a team player.
Fluency in French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the Englishspeaking provinces and the United States.
