WHAT TO EXPECT:


Reporting to the Industrial OEM Track Systems Sector Manager, the Account Manager's mandate will be to ensure optimal management of all commercial activities related to the customer base.


Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements
  • Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts
  • Provide exceptional service in all relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Obtain, share and track customer purchase forecasts
  • Track sales opportunities using a CRM
  • Participate in product development projects with the engineering team
  • Organize and participate in various sales events (trade shows, galas, cocktail parties, etc.)
  • Create and present sales proposals to clients
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the internal team
  • Occasionally visit key clients
  • Achieve business objectives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or other relevant training or experience
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Experience in setting up and managing longterm contractual agreements
  • Experience in the manufacturing or related industry
  • Demonstrate customer service skills
  • Demonstrate autonomy as well as good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Have a good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
