Frankie's Italian Kitchen & Bar offers traditional, simple and fresh Italian food with the flavours of southern Italy as well as newly inspired Italian dishes from a scratch kitchen in a contemporary but classic setting.

Job Summary

  • Assisting Head Chef/Sous Chef in preparation of all meals
  • Working independently on the line (entree, forno, pasta, pizza, salad)
  • Maintain, uphold sanitation and food safety handling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23 years progressive kitchen experience
  • Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties
  • Valid Food Safe certification or provincial equivalent
  • Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail
  • Availability to work evenings/weekends and holidays
Compensation Package
- competitive hourly rate; starting rate to be determined by level of experience
