Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist with inventory control as needed

Experience:


  • 3 years of proven experience as a forklift operator
  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to operate the forklift safely in various warehouse environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with different types of forklifts (e.g., sitdown, standup, counterbalance)
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures
