BROJAM Construction & Maintenance is looking for a Administrative Assistant
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant in the property maintenance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, both over the phone and through various communication channels
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for property maintenance services, ensuring efficient and timely execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
- Process service orders, track progress, and ensure customer satisfaction from initiation to completion
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department
- Continuously strive to improve customer service by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing necessary improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively in a dynamic environment
- Detailoriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient computer skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the property maintenance industry or related fields as well as Jobber is a plus
