PAID TRAINING IS PROVIDED
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing Sales & support with digital product sign up
- Contacting subscribers to assist in creating/changing account information and navigating WFP sites
- Providing end user technical support for digital products
- Assisting customers in choosing the right online bundle for their needs
- Subscription sales across all products
- Data entry
- Assisting with transferred calls from inbound team, technical support, etc.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide courteous customers service in a fastpaced environment
- Experience speaking to customers
- Basic computer and keyboarding experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Salary:
From $14.15 per hour
