Description:


WHO YOU ARE:


You are creative, energetic and deadline-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing a variety of exciting content.

A key player in our marketing team, you will report to the Creative Director, and you will be integral in executing our brand campaigns and liaising with other departments to help bring our vision to life.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Bringing brand campaigns and content creation to life which includes: shoot planning, budgets, scouting, bookings, prop sourcing and all things related to pre-production
  • Executing channel plan deliverables in photo and video once shoots are completed
  • Assisting with cross functional project requests, internal / external events, town halls, new store openings, etc.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers
  • Managing endtoend process in all content production, shot list, talent, preproduction, shoots, postproduction, working with retouchers and videographers to ensure final asset delivery
  • Managing campaign budget with accurate forecasting, reporting, payment and tracking
  • Working with studio manger to align on talent and cross functional bookings
  • Managing scheduling and call sheets for cast and crew
  • Negotiating rates for cast and crew
  • Organizing project details for the creative team
  • Managing contracts paperwork, permits and licensing needs
  • Must be willing to travel

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Knowledge of the following programs: indesign, paste app, and excel
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comes with a robust freelance database of creative talent in photo/ video / locations
  • Leader in managing creatives through timelines and asset delivery
  • Innovative and solutionoriented
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to communicate in French and English. We are a Quebecbased company, but our operations are international.
