MPD Operator Experience:

2+ years of MPD Field Operations Experience.

MPD Supervisor Experience:

5+ years of MPD/UBD Operations Experience.
2+ years MPD Supervisory Experience.
Technically competent in MPD Operations and Equipment verified through a preemployment skills assessment

Operator Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Beyond Energy's MPD equipment on client field locations.
Monitor day to day MPD operations.
Rig up and operate all MPD equipment on site and at shop facilities when required.
Liaise between the field crew, MPD Field Supervisor, and MPD Engineer to ensure efficient operation and operating procedures are conducted in proper sequence.
Completion of all sitespecific and safetyrelated paperwork in accordance with company policy.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise field installation and operation of Beyond Energy's Managed Pressure Drilling jobs from job preplanning and logistics, management of onsite personnel, and postwell reporting.
Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting to repair Managed Pressure Drilling equipment.
Main point of contact with customers onsite, maintaining professional relationships with the clients, ongoing job status communication, and demonstrating and explaining Managed Pressure Drilling technology and process when required.
Supervise all Managed Pressure Drilling field tests.
Recommend new approaches and specifications for equipment, software, and procedures.
Assist with coordination of field crew rotational schedule, timesheets, and personnelrelated transactions for field crew.
Assist with coordinating equipment mobilization between Beyond shops and field locations.
Provide training and mentoring to MPD Operators and field personnel.
Able to rig up and operate all MPD equipment onsite and at shop facilities when required

Requirements:

Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Reliable pickup truck with clean driver's abstract.
Driver's License.
Pre-Employment Testing.
Basic MS Office skill.

Competencies:

Strong understanding of wellbore hydraulics.
Basic understanding of electronics and computers.
Familiar with drilling issues as they relate to Managed Pressure Drilling.
Knowledge of slinging and lifting overhead loads.
Understand process and information diagrams and flow systems.
Familiar with regulatory code and safety policy.
Selfdirected and demonstrate sound decisionmaking skills.
Excellent written and oral skills must be capable of communicating with both technical and nontechnical personnel at the field and office level.
