***: Our Retail Sales Associates play an active role in delivering exceptional customer service and selling merchandise to our fans at the team store and other kiosks. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes:

Delivering exceptional customer service and providing a friendly and welcoming environment
Engaging customers through openended questions and demonstrating the product
Assisting with indirect service initiatives including merchandising, replenishment, floor plans, signage, organization, and product layout
Accurately handling cash and effectively processing transactions using POS system
Responsible for daily opening and closing duties including cashing in and end of day paperwork
Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with an eagerness to learn more about the retail industry
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
A natural ability to communicate with people with confidence and professionalism
