We are looking for Working Lead Hand Carpenters who have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial projects by leading sub-trades, self-performing diverse scopes, mentoring apprentices, and utilizing technologies.


Job Purpose:

To work alongside the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively.


If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Lead.


Desired Background

  • Minimum:_
  • 35 years' Lead Hand experience in commercial construction
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Preferred:_
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and contract requirements
  • A carpentry backgrounds
  • Willingness to travel out of town

Salary:
$36.00-$39.00 per hour
