ORTHODONTIC DENTAL ASSISTANT / TREATMENT COORDINATOR

POSITION AVAILABLE:
Orthodontic Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

We have an excellent training program in place and willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.

LOCATION

:

Applicant must be able to travel and work between the following locations on the following days:

Maple Keele Street, Maple, ON (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Brampton East (West of Woodbridge, ON McVean Drive, Brampton, ON (Wednesday)
Brampton West Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON (Tuesday)

REQUIREMENTS

:

25 years of dental experience preferred, open to new grads.
(Additional training provided through Clinch Learning Center).

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
Excellent selfpresentation skills.
Exceptional telephone skills.
Customercentric oriented.
Highly organized and detailoriented.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Conduct new patient interviews.
Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.
Explain insurance benefits.
Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.
Follow up with accounts.
Schedules patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, and corresponds with government insurance.
Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordination, account followup, appointment scheduling, account collections, and outstanding patient service.
Set up and maintain operatories, sterilization, and lab areas.
Stock supplies and maintains inventory.
Maintain all instruments and equipment.
Assist in all clinical aspects of Orthodontics.
Independently perform all xray procedures.
Independently discuss pre and postoperative care.
Coordinate intraoffice and interoffice schedules and appointments.

Must submit a cover letter with a complete resume.
