The sweet aromas of our own fresh-baked Artisan breads, pastries, cookies, and muffins make our Bakery a must-stop place for customers. It's a fun sales opportunity and a creative one, too. You'll find yourself able to give truly personal service here, helping our customers plan parties and introducing them to our new offerings and personalizing their baked goods.

  • Cake Decorating experience an asset
    • Job Description
  • Responsible for superior service goals of the department
  • Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Icing, finishing, personalizing and decorating specialty bakery product
  • Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness and sanitation, inventory control, rotation, quality, ordering, variety standards, signing, seasonal schematic, and proper backroom procedures
  • Ensure the department has the highest quality of product available for the customer
  • Monitor to ensure variety standards are followed, as well as 100% compliance on ad item display

    • Physical Requirements (Seldom: Not Daily, Rare: 0-5% of shift, Occasional: 6-33% of shift, Frequent: 34-66% of shift, Constant: 66-100% of shift)
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds
  • Constant hand coordination, reaching, gripping
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of between 10-45 lbs including waist level and low level lifts
  • Occasional climbing (step ladder, stairs), squatting, pushing or pulling
