Grand Touring Automobiles is a leading luxury automotive group that specializes in super luxury vehicles.As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an Assistant Pre-Owned Manager of Super Luxury to join our team.
Job Summary:
As the Assistant Pre-Owned Manager of Super Luxury, you will play a crucial role assisting in the management of our pre-owned inventory.
Working closely with the General Manager of Super Luxury Pre-Owned and Hyper Car Operations to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, and maximum performance.
Your knowledge of the luxury automotive market and strong sales skills will contribute to the over all success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Super Luxury Pre-Owned Department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, appraising vehicles, purchasing and marketing
- Ability to forecast goals and objectives for Super Luxury Pre-Owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Ability to acquire vehicles for inventory with General Manager approval
- Knowledge of the reconditioning process and how to do it cost effectively
- Ability to work well with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
- Ability to appraise Super Luxury vehicles with General Manager approval
- Ability to train and effectively lead all Preowned car sales associates
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience with Pre-Owned Sales
- Previous experience with Super Luxury sales would be an asset
- Indepth knowledge of Preowned vehicle sales and dealership operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- Previous experience with CPO programs is preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as require
Salary:
From $150,000.00 per year
