We are looking for a
Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team at Gibraltar Holdings Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing & Sales Manager in executing marketing strategy and campaigns.
Attend client meetings and help manage and grow existing clients.
Help discover potential clients and evaluate their needs, and connect them to suitable Project Managers.
Assist in maintaining the CRM system on a daily basis.
Track the marketing expenses.
May perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in business, marketing, sales, or related disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with changes in a positive manner.
Proficiency in electronic presentation/report formats (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Designing software skill is an asset.
Positive "cando" attitude.
Attention to detail, followup skills, professionalism and ability to work with leaders and employees of all levels in an organization.
Customer service mindset, organized, a selfstarter and motivated.
Independent and flexible.
Effective time management skills.
