Description

Responsibilities
Secretary / office clerk oriented to internal Sales and Marketing

  • Support the Sales and Marketing Manager on the implementation of projects, analysis, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Fill out the appropriate forms for chain stores, new listings, discrepancies, disputes, etc.
  • Communicate with buyers at supermarket level
  • Review and follow up chain stores task with sales reps
  • Provide product or price change information to customers.
  • Prepare promotional items list for customers.
  • Maintain promotional calendars in timely manner.
  • Draft and review communications for sales related materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Prepare various sales reports, presentations of current and new products as needed.
  • Carry on clerical duties

Requirements:


  • Good communication skills
  • Excel advanced skills (formulas, reports, etc.), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • English fluent speaking and business writing; functional French
  • Quick data entry skills
  • Experience 2 years in similar position
  • Dynamic, friendly with solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfdriven and independent but also works well in a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
