Responsibilities
Secretary / office clerk oriented to internal Sales and Marketing
- Support the Sales and Marketing Manager on the implementation of projects, analysis, and other marketing initiatives.
- Fill out the appropriate forms for chain stores, new listings, discrepancies, disputes, etc.
- Communicate with buyers at supermarket level
- Review and follow up chain stores task with sales reps
- Provide product or price change information to customers.
- Prepare promotional items list for customers.
- Maintain promotional calendars in timely manner.
- Draft and review communications for sales related materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other marketing materials.
- Prepare various sales reports, presentations of current and new products as needed.
- Carry on clerical duties
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Excel advanced skills (formulas, reports, etc.), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- English fluent speaking and business writing; functional French
- Quick data entry skills
- Experience 2 years in similar position
- Dynamic, friendly with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfdriven and independent but also works well in a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
