OVERVIEW:


The Conpute Field Support Technician is responsible for servicing our customers at their locations, so customer service, empathy and problem solving are top priorities.

The role reports to the Project Manager who leads the customer projects initiatives for the company.


RESPONSIBILITES:


  • Configure, Install and Image Laptops and Chromebooks
  • Deliver Laptops, Tech Tubs and Chromebooks to Client Locations
  • Troubleshoot and Repair or Replace all above mentioned in the Field and in the Depot
  • Organize Service Calls and Plan the most efficient routes
  • Complete Administrative tasks realtime including Entering Time and Details of Work Performed
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to participate in afterhours activities and project work
  • Travel to our various locations within Durham Region as required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to get a valid VSS
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License and Operating Vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS:

College or University Degree or related field OR equivalent work experience, working knowledge of Lenovo.

Excellent ability to Work within a team with the ability to work in fast pasted environment and adapt to changes as needed.

Job Types:

Salary:
$36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
