WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Liquor Maestro to lead our team of customer service professionals. We are a customer first liquor store looking for an individual to join our committed and engaged environment. We have an open team, and customer-oriented culture that offers career growth and professional development. This is an opportunity for someone who has what it takes, is this you?

  • Knowledge of the liquor business, a spirits' connoisseur (Oh là là).
  • Two years of management experience in a related field is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop motivated staff.
  • Ability to analyze market data and financial information to identify trends and grow our business.
  • Ability to effectively use computerized systems and applicable software.
  • Strong computer skills, Excel, Word, and other related sales tracking software required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the liquor store, maintaining Peninsula Co-op's high standards for customer service, developing and achieving operating plans and budgets, designing and executing merchandising and marketing programs, taking care of people, including hiring and performance development, and working cooperatively with other departments, suppliers, etc.
