Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to support our Operations Team out of Whitby Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate manpower and equipment based on Customer requirement.
Handle incoming calls from Customers and provide the best Custom Service to resolve any issues or concerns.
Co-ordinate with Service Manager regarding work schedules and other scheduling matters.
Participate in team/staff meetings when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Must be able to work a flexible work week with shared on call
Post-secondary education, preferably in Fire Alarm field
Minimum (2) years experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
