Nous recherchons un commis comptable à temps partiel pour soutenir le département de comptabilité dans les opérations quotidiennes.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Soutenir l'équipe en poste dans le cycle comptable (payables, recevables, et diverses tâches administratives)
- Participer à l'encaissement des paiements
- S'assurer de la mise à jour des contacts clients destinés à la facturation
- Répondre aux questions des clients concernant les états de comptes.
- Prendre les appels entrants

***_Profil recherché_**:

- Bon communicateur
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement à haut volume de transaction
- Connaissance d'Acomba ou tout autre logiciel comptable
- Bonne maitrise du français écrit et oral
- Maitrise fonctionnelle en anglais écrit et oral
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies
- Être intégre, honnête, discret, rigoureux et proactif

If you are looking for an accounting position in a forward-thinking company, this is the place for you. We are looking for a part-time accounting clerk to support the accounting department in day-to-day operations.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Support the current team in the accounting cycle (payables, receivables, and various administrative tasks)
- Participate in the collection of payments
- Making sure that customer contacts are updated for billing purposes
- Answer customer questions regarding statements of accounts.
- Answering incoming calls

**Profile required**
- Good communicator
- Ability to work in a high volume transaction environment
- Knowledge of Acomba or any other accounting software
- Proficient in French both oral and written
- Functional level in written and spoken English
- Interest in new technology
- Be honest, discreet, rigorous and proactive
