JOB OVERVIEW


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support in the execution of campaigns and programs within the Brand Marketing team.

The incumbent will also provide support, collaborating with design team and internal stakeholders across CCS, with regards to print production, and monitors the intake of new marketing requests while maintaining the workflow management system.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Project intake and general marketing requests

  • Supports the Marketing Managers with the daily intake of new requests as well as overall maintenance within Lytho, our workflow management system. Ensures projects are properly docketed when accepted, and archived when complete.
  • Monitors and responds to requests in the Marketing inbox.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and agencies when required to develop material to support marketing programs.
  • Assists with ensuring contracts and invoices are up to date with vendors.
Coordinates the execution of fundraising-driven marketing campaigns and programs

  • Assists in the planning and execution of nationwide fundraising campaigns (Relay For Life, Run For The Cure, Daffodil month), with a focus on the creation of campaign marketing collateral.
  • Coordinates marketing deliverables for midsize, growing programs that drive revenue for the organization, including but not limited to Relay Youth and Cops For Cancer.
  • Supports the creation and updating of targeted major gift proposals as well as general cases for support for the Leadership Giving team, as well as coordinating marketing assets as needed for the Planned Giving team.
  • Coordinates marketing assets that support Corporate partnership initiatives as well as sales pitches.
  • Assists with the coordination of Missionfocused marketing materials as needed.
Supports print production needs

  • Supports print production needs for a limited list of items, working with vendors to ensure the printed items are produced on time, on budget, and to an acceptable quality standard. This includes getting quotes, digital and physical print samples, and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
  • Assists other teams/individuals who are producing their own materials by suggesting vendors and ensuring the design team receives complete and accurate specifications from the vendor before beginning work.
  • Consults with the Inventory Coordinator on availability of any printed materials that the marketing team offers and stores.
  • Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • More than 1 year, up to and including 3 years some practical or jobrelated experience.
- _ Minimum college diploma or professional training and/or certification._
- _ Strong preference for some specialized knowledge in materials production processes, gained through past work experience._

  • An understanding of design and printing principles for digital and print materials such as high/low resolution, bleed, crops, etc.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with good problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
