Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an excellent dining experience for all patrons.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness in the host area and lobby
- Assist with takeout orders and package food items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour
