About this Position

We are looking for Data Entry Clerk to join our Mutual Fund Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Set up client accounts for financial and nonfinancial orders
Key all purchase orders in the RPM system
Review all purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
Responsible for keying KYCs in the RPM system
Prepare a daily production report
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced environment
Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using data entry software and tools
