What you'll do:


  • Plan and implement FCC's diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance ideas and opportunities
  • Evaluate programs, activities and initiatives with focus on continuous improvement

What we're looking for:


  • Indepth knowledge of Employment Equity act and related policies and regulations
  • Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion practices
  • Strong research skills to stay current on latest diversity and inclusion trends
  • Effective communicator who can build partnerships at FCC and with outside organizations

What you'll need:


  • Degree in HR management, social work or Indigenous studies
  • 35 years work experience in field of employment equity, diversity and inclusion
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
