Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer site field service support of Electrical Valve & Actuation Products
Basic repairs of all types of valves
Troubleshoot and repair of electrical components of Valve & Actuation products and refer to internal expertise as required
Travel to B.C, Alberta, Saskatchewan to customer sites
Accurate and detailed repair report completion per job
Interface with internal and external customers
Work with sales team to take care of customer requirements
Customer phone support at times
Requirement for overtime as required to meet customer requirements
Work in Spartan service center if not in the field

Qualifications and Skills:

Journeyperson / Journeyman / Journeywoman Electrician
Dual Ticket in Instrumentation would be an asset
Field experience would be an asset
Extensive customer service skills
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and problem solving
Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Highly motivated and innovative
Ability to work in team environment as well as individually
Entrepreneurial work ethic
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Physically able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Willingness to travel as customer site work will be a prominent part of the role
