SURGICAL COORDINATOR / COUNSELOR

Eye Health MD (a partner of Vision Group), located in the heart of downtown Montreal, just steps away from the McGill metro station, is looking for a Surgical Coordinator/Counselor.

This prime location with a great view of downtown Montreal is looking for a is looking for a person with a passion for customer service.

The position does not require experience working in the medical field, but this will be considered an asset.

You will be part of a dynamic team in a professional work environment that offers world-class eye care and treatment.

You have a permanent fulltime position (_Monday to Friday 8AM5PM_).

Your tasks at a glance

You present treatment options to prospective patients.
You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups.
You process the physicians billing for RAMQ on a daily basis.

A clear view of your assets

You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français également._
You are passionate about the medical field and desire to work with the elderly.
You have a broad background in customer service, in a relevant industry such as pharmacy, cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
