mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.
Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at k-eCommerce.
What will your main responsibilities look like?
In this role, you will be led to:
- Owns the customer relationship;
- Manages customer projects within budget and timelines;
- Communicates and tracks project progress with the development team;
- Proposes innovative solutions to meet business needs;
- Provides customers with the knowledge needed to make best use of the solution;
- Identifies growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?
- Strong interest in developing technical knowledge and expertise;
- Dynamic, energetic and in solution mode;
- Very good interpersonal skills and likes to share his opinion;
- Knowledge of Ecommerce technological ecosystems;
- Mastery of French and English (oral and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- SAAS project management experience;
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk and/or other support and project management systems;
- Ecommerce deployment experience;
- Experience with an ERP Wis, an asset;
- Experience with an ERP, an asset.
