Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answer & direct phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
- Use Microsoft Office to prepare and compile various documents.
- Process a variety of documents/paperwork on a daily basis.
- File documents according to established procedures.
- Update and maintain the accuracy of the organization's databases.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
- Use accounting software to prepare invoices and enter purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Must have own transportation
- Must be flexible and willing to learn
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant an asset
- Must be professional and friendly
