Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows.

Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.


In this role, you will need sharp attention to detail and a strong administrative background to assist our administrative team in transferring phone calls and greeting customers.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers.
  • Schedule installation appointments with the customer and window installation crews assigned to the area.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for our installation crews.
  • Lead conversations with customers and window installation crews.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals that will be provided by the Operations team.
  • Generate and send endofday reports to management which includes tracking the monetary amount that is scheduled daily and reschedule installations accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement (required)
  • Experience using the CRM platform Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented
  • 2+ years of college education

Compensation and Benefits:

- $45,000-55,000/annual

Schedule:


  • Onsite in our Mississauga office
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am4:00pm
