We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join the team and support its operations in the Greater Vancouver area.


The Role & Responsibilities
Our Customer Care team bridges communication between Property Owners and Concord Pacific.

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you are responsible for managing, recording, and administrating all in-suite service requests and customer complaints.

This role requires a detail-orientated and customer-focused individual, with a passion for Real Estate and Property Development. The tasks and responsibilities for this role are;

  • Aiding the Customer Service Team members to maintain the customer master list and all applicable data
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Homeowner teams to ensure customer details are keep up to date
  • Reviews incoming and online Customer Service Requests (CSR)
  • Tracking data and ensuring errors are rectified in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced deadline heavy environment

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Microsoft Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Has a passion and desire for helping customers and finding a needsbased solution
  • Has previous experience in Real Estate Development or Property Development an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including time management and document management
  • Bilingual abilities in Cantonese or Mandarin is considered an asset
  • Must legally be eligible to work in Canada and is located in Greater Vancouver with the ability to work onsite._
