Adobe is looking for a Team Lead of Comp Tools & BI for our Sales Compensation PMO & COE Function who will be responsible for leading all aspects of internal operating controls, processes, and practices.

You are a key leader and have significant influence for changes and improvements to existing processes to make sure they are current, adequate, functional, and applied in accordance with standards established by the company.

You will establish the function's core audit methodologies and procedures, help implement an audit tool, and use critical thinking skills to help highlight area of focus and inform the direction of the audit plan.

This role will also be responsible for execution of important operational metrics leading to actionable outcomes. Analyze the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics. Continuously find opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks.


Responsibilities:

Build requirements and automate audit reporting
Develop processes to support SOX Compliance Controls
Monitor progress of tasks and key deadlines. Help create a sustainable structure to monitor progress of the operational audit program
Build Generative AI Tool for Tier 1 Comp Case Management
Create new online reports and processes to support Comp Center of Excellence & Business Insight Reporting, Comp Quarterly business reviews of payments, attainments, comp adjustments, and more
Create and automate comp Case Management reporting to track SLAs etc.
Develop and track metrics to assess internal team effectiveness: Review team capacity, error rate, case management SLA, process improvement effectiveness


What you'll need to succeed:

7+ Years of Sales Comp Experience
Experience building tools to automate complex processes and operations
A passion to problem solve and innovate
Experience building robust dashboards and live reports using tools such as PowerBI
