Player One Amusement Group (P1AG) has an immediate full-time opening for the position of IT Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced contributor, who plays a leading role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and building strong partnerships with vendors that support our technology needs.
The IT Manager is a hands-on position that is responsible for driving sound IT principles across the organization in relationship to networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
P1AG employs over 400 people in 21 offices throughout Canada and the United States.One of North America's leading providers of interactive video, redemption, amusement gaming and vending equipment, it specializes in solution servicing and design for a wide range of customers in the theatrical exhibition vertical as well as community-based entertainment destinations such as bowling centers, restaurants, arcades, shopping centers and water parks.

- Work closely with MSP to oversee the delivery of efficient and timely IT and desktop support to all employees.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for desktop support and hardware/software management.
- Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost analysis, and vendor contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring we receive the best possible value and service.
- Support of cloudbased SaaS platforms (ERP, HRIS)
- Track and analyze IT performance metrics, reporting progress and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in IT project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on enduser support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Networking knowledge (Fortinet, Meraki)
- Extensive experience of Microsoft Tenant Administration e.g., O365 & M36
- Office Productivity tool knowledge (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Mobile, desktop, and other handheld device management experience
- Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management.
- Proficient in relevant IT tools and technologies (e.g., ticketing systems, asset management tools, etc.).
- Prior experience leading and implementing ERP systems, determining securityenhanced roadmap, and project management across a variety of technical platforms.
