Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Coordinator to join our team. Applicants should be experienced in MS Office, Adobe and other software tools required for the position. Excellent verbal and written skills, outgoing personality, and first rate organizational skills are essential to this role.

This is an entry-level position that requires a great deal of hard work, but also offers tremendous potential for growth within the company.

This position will be based at our office location in surrey, but will require visits to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

Organizing project files (electronic)
Proof reading and editing of technical reports, and other technical documents
Assisting with Construction administration documentation using standard templates
Ensure the efficient transfer of materials or equipment from different project sites and storage locations.
Be able to communicate effectively with on site staff, and office personnel.
Be able to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
Ensure delivery of equipment and material from suppliers is on time
Assist on site as required
