Fixed-Term Full-Time (12 Month Contract)
- _Native Shoes is a hybrid organization with a remote-first head office team, with the option to work from the office in Vancouver when needed. However, due to the supporting nature of this role, this job will require the flexibility to work occasionally at our Vancouver office as well as on location for photo shoots and productions as needed._

Who is Native Shoes looking for
?


The Wholesale Support Specialist is a temporary full-time opportunity for someone who is curious, organized, and passionate about generating demand.

We're looking for a self-starter who can navigate the complexity of collaborating with multiple departments and connecting the dots across the business.

This person will be a sales enabler - supporting the sales team and customers to have all the information they need to get a purchase order in the door.

They will provide sales support, create SOPs, implement process improvements and find efficiencies in this body of work.

What would I be responsible for?

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales information including inventory levels, pricing and presentations for potential wholesale partners. Provide sales reps with necessary sales materials and support during account meetings.
  • Organize sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Generate reports and presentations to share insights with the sales team and management.
  • Support the wholesale account managers in managing accounts, including processing reorders, handling billing inquiries, and addressing any accountrelated issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services offered to effectively answer account questions and provide product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of wholesale sales activities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, updating account databases, and filing documents.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing account concerns promptly, providing exceptional service, and fostering positive relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to wholesale sales and customer interactions.
  • Document and seek continuous improvement of wholesale sales processes and systems
  • Support the sales team onboarding new Reps, providing all material and guidance needed for a high sales performance.
  • Support current Reps onboarding new accounts, checking documentation, and evaluating fit with Native Shoes business.
  • Maintain order platform with available products and guarantee independent customers have access to it. Send periodic communication about new additions or promotions.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a wholesale sales, sales administration, sales operations role
  • 1+ years of experience with ERP systems, and proven ability to learn and navigate new systems
  • 1+ years of experience with apparel o
