The Hard Work

Spending 25% to 50% of your time away from home, lots of prospecting, being comfortable presenting in front of senior decision makers, developing new territory by gaining net new accounts, knowing how to use leading edge sales operations technologies, and pressure to perform by honoring your word.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this job, you must:

Capture over 75 High Value Prospecting Events in your first year (e.g. Lunch & Learn)
Develop and execute a Sales Territory growth plan with the VP of Sales
Deliver a high level of sales service excellence to nurture and grow customer accounts
Go the extra mile to drive sales results

Education and Experience

College diploma+ or equivalent work experience / track record of exceeding sales quotas
More than 5 years of experience in a technical sales oriented environment
Work experience in drainage systems, building materials, or construction industries sales is an asset

Annual Salary:
$75,000 - $120,000 +
