Enterprise Commons is a multi-year initiative that will implement a single, modernized, core enterprise resource planning software solution.

Enterprise Commons will result in lower software costs for the City of Edmonton, standardized working processes, increased efficiency and greater integration between areas such as Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain Management.


As a part of the team, you will:

  • Support testing and quality assurance through scheduling, analysis of progress, status of tests and defects, regular reporting and tester support
  • Undertake project coordination work, under supervision, relating to project administration or other related areas
  • Create and update communication materials (i.e. presentations, reports, meeting minutes, tester orientation information, resource documents) to support project activities
  • Provide administrative support on various projects, including data collection, research, file organization, process documentation and analysis
  • Participate in programrelated meetings, presentations and leadership updates
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Current enrollment at a postsecondary institution, in a business, statistics, computer science, business analytics or related degree program
  • Strong Google Workspace Applications skills, specifically Google Sheets, Docs and Slides

Conditions of Employment:


  • This position will be a combination of working from home and onsite working conditions.
