The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

We are seeking a Civil and Estates Litigation Law Clerk to join our successful and growing team in our Barrie location.

Strong professional and academic credentials;
Should have 4+ years of experience in civil and estates litigation;
Strong written and oral communication skills are required;
Experience with estates and guardianship litigation would be an asset but is not required.
