We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible business users and technology teams to define and manage requirements.

Translate business requirements to functional design. Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies. Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications

Responsibilities

Demonstrated business systems analysis experience;
Technology background; Undergraduate degree; and CBAP designation.

Must Have

Need 5 to 8 years experience in Business Systems Analyst with Agile delivery environment
Experience with MS Team, Webex, Slack and Miro, Jira and Confluence
Prefer bilingual (English, French)
Great analytical, presentation, and documentation skills
Will be part of an agile team and must know how to work in this type of model.
Working requirements Onshore resources are expect to attend office 2 days week
