Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful permanent full-time
Warehouse Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in
Edmonton, Alberta.

Typical Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm_

As the Warehouse Sales Representative, you will also assist in a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving purchase orders, stocking, and distribution of fluid sealing products and precision components.

Main responsibilities:

Promote Daemar's entire line of product and programs
Manage incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs and or requirements
Aid and guide to all customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs by using knowledge and experience within the industry
Creating quotes and orders, contacting customers, maintaining positive, longterm relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products are prepared in accordance with customer requests and delivery dates
Work closely with Sales Manager to develop goals and to monitor and track KPI'S to deliver on projected results
Track and record daily activities and ensure data is accurately and managed within the company's database
Identify and develop new relationships to grow the business and assist the company expand while maintaining existing relationships
Responsible to follow up on direct shipments from suppliers to customers to ensure order delivery and billing is completed and timely; prepares documentation for customer returned material to stock and/or to the supplier
Assisting with shipping, receiving, and administrative warehouse duties.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience
Minimum two (2) years sales experience
Postsecondary diploma in Business or Administration or equivalent is an asset
Strong customer service focus
Previous experience in a distribution environment is an asset
Must be able to work well independently and effectively with a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to consistently represent the company in a professional manner
Sound analytical thinking, planning prioritization and execution skills
Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
Willingness to crosstrain with other departments.
