Secondary school education or equivalent – Above the age of 18Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government IDRequirements for work equipment:
Minimum 19inch monitor OR a laptop with a second monitor.

What You'll DoYou will be part of a team on a mission to make the world a betterplace for pets and their owners.
Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels ofloyalty and retention, through inbound and outbound initiatives.Provide world-class customer service by supporting members via phonecall, live chat, and email in the most professional and empathetic manneron member inquiries relating to platform navigation inquiries, technicalsupport inquiries, billing and insurance inquiries, general resolutionfinding, profile and listing concierge services, and more.
Keep a record of all member interactions and ensure all member data isaccurate and up to date.Handle member escalations by active listening, showing empathy andcompassion, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure member issatisfied.
Collaborate within your team and other departments to ensure we workefficiently and provide world-class customer service together.
This campaign requires you to have a quiet space to work from yourhome, and you must provide your own computer system, wired headset,hardwired internet, and web camera.
