Job Title:
Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator - Commercial Sales


Reports to:
Senior Manager, USA & Canada

Position Overview:


Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to drive sales towards quarterly Sales Team Sales Objectives.
  • Answering inbound customer sales calls and responding/ escalating customer issues to the Customer Care team.
  • Managing potential leads in CRM, creating leads or opportunities and assigning to sales team for follow up.
  • Providing inoffice support, managing demo equipment inventory for trade show advance and onsite sales.
  • Providing support to department in the financial area by printing invoices, updating Sage AccPac records for Sales Representatives such as; ship to locations, customer A/P & A/R records, and creating credit notes and Returns Authorizations.
  • Generate and distribute Sales and Inventory Reports (e.g. Sales Person Reports, Daily Sales, Monthly Promotion Sales Analysis) Saved Carts Reports and other reports as required.
  • Designing studio layouts for clients using EC Design.
  • Sending Saved Carts Leads every other day.
  • Additional projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Expected to work some of the stat holidays as directed, especially during the first year.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 2+ years in a supporting role to sales and customer service teams, with logistics experience handling a range of clients.
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation proficiency.
  • CRM expertise with data entry and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both in articulating ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders.
  • Additional languages, spoken and written, are a definite asset.
