Education:
Secondary (high) school diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee other employees
- Record and organize minutes of meetings, workshops, and events
- Establish and implement office procedures and practices
- Manage appointments and confirmations
- Handle incoming calls and messages
- Collect and analyze data, statistics, and other information
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence, and manage information flow
- Establish and manage manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and review various documents, including correspondence and forms
Transportation/travel information:
- Access to public transportation
