Responsibilities:


This position will provide administrative support to the Head of Wealth and the Head of Customer, International and Small Business Banking.


The responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist in compiling executive presentations, and document finalization.
  • Assist in booking travel, managing travel and general expense procedures.
  • Complete a variety of administrative and support duties, unique to assigned area, including researching information and data, calendar and meeting management, maintaining department records and filing system.
  • Produce letters, reports, memoranda, forms, schedules, etc., utilizing various PCbased software packages or other typing equipment, composing items from general outlines or own initiative.
  • Support with the development of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes as required, and follow up on action items.
  • Perform accounts payable functions including submitting and coding of invoices.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal product heads on various projects and tasks.
  • Organize team activities including offsite meetings, town halls and other events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Requirements


The key success to this role is someone who thrives working in highly complex environment and has the business acumen and experience to deliver.


  • Minimum of eight years proven administrative or secretarial experience, or equivalent.
  • Bachelors degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven organizational, project management, analytical, planning and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to anticipate Executive Officer needs as well as operate independently and handle majority of responsibilities without consultation.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a courteous and efficient manner and exercise discretion on confidential matters.
