Senior level administration, project leadership and communication expertise rewarded

Working with a team to provide professional advice and support to the Office of the CEO, ensuring smooth project execution, communications oversight, strategic planning, and cross-divisional connections.

What you'll do:

Handle critical or highpriority incoming items as a key point of contact for the CEO
Analyze and critique requests, approvals and reports on behalf of the office of the CEO
Identify solutions and give recommendations to a variety of issues
Coordinate weekly meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for the Enterprise Management team
Prepare the CEO for external and internal speaking, and meetings
Act as a liaison and communicate with external stakeholder including the minister's office and associations
Oversee the executive office budget ensuring it's in good standing

Confident communicator with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experienced and proactive project leadership expertise

What you'll need:

Undergraduate degree in business administration or a related relevant degree and seven years of progressive experience in handling business issues at an enterprise level (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
