Working with a team to provide professional advice and support to the Office of the CEO, ensuring smooth project execution, communications oversight, strategic planning, and cross-divisional connections.


What you'll do:


  • Handle critical or highpriority incoming items as a key point of contact for the CEO
  • Analyze and critique requests, approvals and reports on behalf of the office of the CEO
  • Identify solutions and give recommendations to a variety of issues
  • Coordinate weekly meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes for the Enterprise Management team
  • Prepare the CEO for external and internal speaking, and meetings
  • Act as a liaison and communicate with external stakeholder including the minister's office and associations
  • Oversee the executive office budget ensuring it's in good standing

What you'll need:


  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or a related relevant degree and seven years of progressive experience in handling business issues at an enterprise level (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
