Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team at our St. Mary's location.

As a used grease trap and used cooking oil recycling company, we take a used waste product, collect it, process it, and then use our product to create Bio Diesel.

All wastewater collected from grease traps goes to an anaerobic digester to help make methane gas, generating electricity.

The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting the Production Manager with the day-to-day operations of our St. Mary's rail yard location.

The assistant will maintain a safe and clear working environment by ensuring the yard and the rail tracks are clear, especially during winter months with snow removal.

The assistant will be involved in the pumping of oil, to and from trucks/rail cars, and shuttling of AZ trucks around the yard.

Qualifications

Must be physically fit and able to perform the work involved and lift 50lbs
Forklift licence and DZ licence an asset
Fluent in English (ability to speak, read and write English)
Mechanical ability or experience operating a vacuum truck is an asset
AZ truck experience (licence not required for shuttling but an asset)
Backhoe and snow removal experience required
