360 Concussion Care is a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary concussion clinic committed to providing top-notch rehabilitation services. Our approach involves physician-led, interdisciplinary, evidence-based care with a strong focus on patient coaching and education.

As a learning health system, we collaborate with leading hospitals and universities, generating valuable research and insights to enhance concussion prevention and treatment.

Our leadership team comprises globally recognized concussion researchers and healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists.

Established in September 2020 in Ottawa, we expanded to Toronto in spring 2021 and Mississauga in October 2022.


Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual excited to contribute to our dynamic startup.


This role reports to the Operations Manager, this is a full-time role, but we do require flexibility to work up to 6 pm some days.

We welcome recent graduates eager to embark on their careers and grow within our company.


Key responsibilities of Administrative Coordinator:


  • Handling all internal referrals.
  • Creating and maintaining patient charts in the EMR system.
  • Managing all faxes for all three clinics
  • Efficiently managing incoming mail and correspondence.
  • Conducting patient outreach initiatives.
  • Undertaking other administrative tasks as required.

Additional Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in medical administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and a strong understanding of basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions and internal collaboration.
  • The ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility in handling various tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address challenges and find efficient solutions.
  • A collaborative and teamoriented approach to working with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds.

Salary:
$16.55-$31.45 per hour
